Dual Keyboard User Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Dual Keyboard. By installing, launching, accessing, or continuing to use the app, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this agreement and the Dual Keyboard Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
This agreement applies to the Dual Keyboard iOS app, official website, user agreement page, privacy policy page, and related services we provide. This agreement, the Dual Keyboard Privacy Policy, and rules that we publish and expressly apply to the app form the complete agreement between you and us regarding use of the app.
If you do not agree with this agreement or related rules, you may stop installing, launching, or using the app. Your continued use means that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
We may update this agreement for legal, App Store, product, AI service, ad SDK, or operational reasons. Updated terms will be posted on this page. If you do not agree with the update, stop using the app; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Product and Services
Dual Keyboard is a chat expression assistant. It provides reply generation, text polishing, style transformation, Mars-style text, emoji and kaomoji expression, screenshot text recognition, voice persona, WAV voice file saving, VIP unlocks, and advertising.
You should obtain the app from Apple App Store or another lawful channel recognized by us and use it only on devices that you own or are authorized to use. We cannot guarantee the safety, integrity, or availability of copies obtained from unauthorized third parties.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the app for lawful personal or ordinary non-commercial use. Unless expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, or otherwise use the app beyond normal use.
3. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is for reference only. It is not fact verification, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Review, edit, and confirm generated content before copying, sending, publishing, or relying on it.
The app's reply, polish, and style transformation features generate content based on text you type, paste, or extract from screenshots, plus selected styles, relationships, scenarios, and other context. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, outdated, or may misunderstand the context or platform rules.
You are responsible for the content you input and for how you use, copy, send, publish, save, or share generated content. Do not use the app to create, process, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, sexual, violent, malicious, misleading, privacy-invasive, or platform-violating content.
Avoid entering sensitive information such as identity documents, bank cards, verification codes, account passwords, medical records, exact addresses, non-public business information, or other people's private information.
4. Screenshot Analysis and Text Recognition
Screenshot analysis recognizes text from chat screenshots that you choose and places the recognized text into the chat input area. Recognition may be affected by image clarity, occlusion, language, layout, system capabilities, and device performance. It may omit, misread, or reorder text.
Check recognized text before generating replies or sending content based on it. You must ensure that you have the right to process the selected screenshots and the information they contain, and you must respect others' privacy, portrait rights, reputation rights, and other lawful rights.
5. Voice Persona and Voice Files
Voice persona uses system speech capabilities to provide preview and WAV file generation. Voice tone, speed, pitch, and output quality may vary by device, OS version, installed voices, and language settings.
After you tap save, the app creates a voice file and lets you choose where to save or share it. You are responsible for ensuring that saving, sending, or sharing voice files is lawful and appropriate. Do not use voice files to impersonate others, deceive others, infringe rights, or engage in illegal activity.
6. Free, VIP, and Ads
The free version may include ads and limits on generation count, feature capacity, or usage frequency. VIP may unlock advanced capabilities or higher usage limits. Exact benefits, prices, durations, restrictions, and regional availability are subject to the in-app display and App Store information for your region.
The current project integrates Google AdMob for app open, banner, and interstitial ads. Ad availability and content may depend on network status, region, device, Google policies, and advertiser settings.
7. Purchases, Restore, and Refunds
VIP purchase, restore, price display, payment, taxes, family sharing, refunds, and purchase records are handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit and are subject to Apple's rules. Refund requests usually need to be submitted through Apple. We do not receive your full payment account, bank card information, or Apple ID password.
If there is any inconsistency between in-app VIP information and Apple's actual processing records, Apple's system records and applicable rules control. You may restore purchases in the app or manage purchases through App Store / Apple ID.
8. User Conduct
You must not use the app for illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, service-disrupting, or rights-violating conduct, including:
- Generating, saving, processing, displaying, or distributing content that violates laws, public order, or third-party platform rules.
- Processing, recognizing, publishing, or forwarding another person's chat records, photos, avatars, personal information, or protected content without authorization.
- Impersonating others, misleading others, invading privacy, disclosing personal information, or using voice files for deception.
- Using plug-ins, bots, automation, cracking, or other methods to interfere with, damage, or bypass app features, VIP benefits, ads, or security mechanisms.
- Scanning, testing, attacking, interfering with, or distributing malware against the app, website, or related services without permission.
If you violate this agreement or applicable law, we may reasonably restrict features, stop providing services, preserve necessary records, report to competent authorities, or pursue legal responsibility.
9. Intellectual Property
The app's interface, icon, code, copy, website, materials, trademarks, product name, and related content are owned by us or their respective rights holders. Without authorization, no one may copy, modify, distribute, commercially redistribute, or create derivative works beyond normal use.
You retain the rights you lawfully own in your text, screenshots, voice files, and other content. Using the app to store or process content does not transfer your rights in that content to us.
10. Privacy
We value privacy and process information related to your use of the app according to the Dual Keyboard Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the app to understand local storage, AI services, screenshot recognition, ad SDKs, App Store purchases, third-party services, deletion, and contact methods.
11. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
For product updates, system compatibility, App Store requirements, AI service limitations, ad SDK requirements, security, legal, or operational reasons, we may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate some or all services. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice through the website, app page, or another appropriate method.
If services become unavailable or data is lost or processed abnormally due to force majeure, system failures, third-party service issues, App Store issues, AI service issues, Google ad service issues, device problems, or network problems, we will assist within a reasonable scope but will not assume liability beyond what mandatory law requires.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or third-party claims arising from generated content errors, context misunderstanding, user misuse, third-party platform processing, ad service issues, purchase channel issues, network interruption, device failure, permission settings, or force majeure.
13. Breach
If your violation of law, this agreement, or third-party rights causes any claim, complaint, investigation, or request against us, you are responsible for it. If we suffer losses as a result, you must compensate us according to law and eliminate the impact.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from this agreement or the app should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent people's court.
If part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
